Our Products
All our gemstones are genuine unless otherwise specified. Rings are generally available in whole sizes as shown on our order page. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-818-5459 to confirm sizing as rings in certain sizes and styles must be custom ordered. All earrings are for pierced ears unless specifically noted. Necklaces are usually 16 inches in length and bracelets are 7 inches, unless otherwise noted. Our LilyLite line includes items that are vermeil or gold-filled. We attempt to provide detailed and accurate information about metals and gemstones, but the carat weight of stones may vary slightly. Our photographs are not actual size and items are enlarged to show detail. We attempt to provide all dimensions and if they are omitted, please request the information at info@moonlightlily.com.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return any unused item within 30 days of receipt for a credit or exchange (minus shipping and handling). Personalized items are not returnable. Personalized items include items that have been sized, monogrammed or customized in any way. All sale items are not returnable. A gift card will be issued to the recipient if gift merchandise is returned by the recipient.
For faster processing of returns and exchanges, please call Customer Service at 1-888-818-5459 for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the item. FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For Alaska and Hawaii orders, please add $5.00 to above charges. We do not ship internationally.
Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and will be guaranteed through 12/31/06 except as otherwise stated. We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
