If for any reason you're not satisfied with the item you purchased via this Web site you can return the item for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note that the value of your credit is based on the purchase price less shipping, handling and other charges. The item must be undamaged and in original condition to be acceptable for exchange. Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned. We make every effort to accurately describe and depict our merchandise by including dimensions, carat weights, type of metal, type of stones and any other descriptive information. If a description is inaccurate, we will acknowledge ther error and correct it.

Do you manufacture the jewelry sold by Moonlight Lily?

We are not a manufacturer, but a boutique that carries jewelry from designers and artisans throughout the United States. We usually indicate the designers' names and often provide background and biographical information.

Are items shown in actual size?

The images of items are almost always magnified to allow you to see specific details. We do provide detailed descriptions of each item including dimensions and sizes. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following means of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, personal checks and Moonlight Lily gift cards and credit memos.

How is sales tax calculated for my order?

How do I confirm that my order was accepted?

If you order on line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been processed. If you place your order on the telephone, the customer service representative will provide you with an order confirmation number.

When do you charge my credit card and ship my order?

We ship your order when all the information you provide, including credit card information, has been approved. In order to process your order, the cardholder's name must match the name of the billing address, and the billing address must match that of the purchasing card. In some cases items are made to order or temporarily out of stock and require more time for delivery.

If an item I purchased is now on sale, will you refund the difference?

We will make a price adjustment if the original purchase is within 10 days of the item(s) going on sale. Please contact customer service at customerservice@moonlilghtlily.com, or at 888.818.5459.

How long does a store credit last?

We process your return promptly upon receipt of the returned merchandise and send you a credit memo via e-mail or U.S. mail. There is no expiration date on store credits.

Items are charged to your card when we ship your order. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until it ships.

Can jewelry be customized?

Yes, in some cases we can alter the length of a necklace or bracelet or offer a different metal or type of stone. If you would like an item altered or customized please call our customer service department at 888.818.5459 to arrange details. There will be additional charges for alterations and customized items may not be returned. Please allow up to 6 additional weeks for delivery.

I purchased an item from Moonlight Lily and it broke. Can I send it back for repair?

Yes, we will repair merchandise. If you have a repair, please contact customer service at 888.818.5459, to obtain a return authorization number.

How do I find out my toe ring size?

Find a piece of string or strip of paper to use as a sizing tool. Wrap it around the smallest part of the toe center between the two joints. Mark the spot where the string/paper overlaps forming a snug circle around the toe center. Using a ruler, measure the length from the starting end of the string/paper to the mark. Put the string/paper against a ruler and use the chart below to determine your toe ring size.
