Returns and Exchanges

You may return any unused item within 30 days of receipt for a credit or exchange (minus shipping and handling).  Personalized items are not returnable. Personalized items include items that have been sized, monogrammed or customized in any way (such as a customized size or length). 

A gift card will be issued to the recipient if gift merchandise is returned by the recipient.

For faster processing of returns and exchanges, please call Customer Service at 888.818.5459 for Return Authorization Number before returning item.
